The purpose of liens is to enable contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to protect their right to payment by placing a lien on real property. This process must begin with the issuance of a "preliminary 20 day notice." To protect our clients, Baird Williams & Greer, LLP has developed a comprehensive construction/lien service.

We provide management services to contractors, material suppliers, equipment suppliers, and laborers, which includes:

• Preparing appropriate paperwork, including preliminary notice, mechanic's lien, bond claims, and demand letter
• Representation in alternative dispute resolution or litigation as necessary
• Final collection of payment
