Stefanie Garigal is a senior paralegal with Baird Williams & Greer. She joined BWG in 2001, beginning as a receptionist and then moving her way up the ladder in the firm.

She attended Phoenix College, working toward her Associate in Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies, and is one class away from completing that degree.

Stefanie has worked for partner, Daryl Williams for several years, on many complex litigation cases. Recently she was involved in Valley Aviation v. City of Glendale trial with a jury award of $1,777,918. She has attended many trials and is comfortable and well experienced in the courtroom.

Currently, Stefanie works with partner, Robert Greer, primarily on plaintiff personal injury cases, but also product liability cases and wrongful death claims. Her responsibilities include, interfacing with clients, insurance companies and medical providers during the claim process. Stefanie is extremely experienced in drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery requests as well as drafting demand letters. She is extremely proficient in managing and analyzing thousands of documents that may be involved in several different cases at one time and she utilizes that information to create medical summaries and chronologies that will be used in trial. She is an expert in the use of Sanction software for trial presentation.

Stefanie has an active and fulfilling life outside of her work with Baird Williams & Greer, spending time with her three small children and husband. Her hobbies include reading and baking.
