Mr. Gutierrez received his B.S. degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2002, and was on the Dean’s List for two years upon entrance to the College of Business. He also received his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2006. During law school, Mr. Gutierrez was a summer law clerk for a mid-size Phoenix law firm, joining them upon graduation. Mr. Gutierrez specializes in commercial litigation, with experience in real estate, land use, lease, construction, partnership and general business matters. Mr. Gutierrez also has experience representing developers and landowners in real estate development and entitlements for master planned communities and mixed-use projects, development agreements, annexation agreements, and planned area districts, particularly in the growing West Valley suburbs of Arizona. Now practicing exclusively in litigation, Mr. Gutierrez brings a unique blend of experience in business, land use, and litigation.

Mr. Gutierrez is a member of Los Abogados, the Hispanic bar association of Arizona, an affiliated member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. Los Abogados is designed to enhance the quality of legal representation in the Arizona community, while educating the Hispanic community regarding its rights and access to legal services.
